Jill is highly energetic and pro-active from initial contact through and after closing. Because we were transferred from out of state, Jill and I had a great deal of on-line contact before we met. She was highly organized and very attentive to our particular needs and had a well-planned roster of only appropriate homes lined up for our brief house-hunting visit. She previewed many of the homes I had selected on-line to make sure they were worthy of our limited time. She even cancelled a trip of her own to be available to us on the weekend we were scheduled to arrive. During that rainy cold weekend Jill guided our family, including two unruly and bored children, to tour nearly 30 homes. Upon signing the contract for a new home, we returned to TX leaving Jill to follow up on paperwork, building schedules, even muddy site walk-throughs in our absence. Jill was instrumental in making sure all deadlines were met and all inspections etc. were completed. She was present for all construction walk-throughs and inspections and provided invaluable insight and advice which helped us make informed decisions. Jill knows her stuff and worked hard to keep us informed throughout the process of completion and closing, in contact with us several times every day if needed. Jill seemed always to be available to us by phone or e-mail. We felt we were her top priority during the entire two month process. Since moving in Jill has continued to stop by the house or call several times to make sure that all is well. We felt we had a friend in the area from day one. Jill's service exceeds all expectations.
